01.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing LinksSocial, registering an account as a Candidate or Employer, or utilizing our cryptographic verification endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an organization, you certify that you have legal authority to bind that entity. Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction to use the platform.

02.Account Registration & Credential Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify LinksSocial immediately upon discovering any unauthorized session or security compromise.

04.Employer Verification & DNS Authentication

Organizations requesting verified badges or job posting privileges must authenticate corporate domain ownership via live DNS/MX verification. Providing misleading domain names, spoofed DNS records, or falsifying corporate affiliations constitutes a material breach and grounds for permanent blacklisting.

05.Candidate Submissions & Intellectual Property

Candidates retain full intellectual property ownership over resumes, portfolios, code samples, and external links submitted through the platform. By submitting an application, candidates grant prospective employers a limited, revocable license solely to review their qualifications for hiring evaluation. LinksSocial does not claim ownership of user-submitted materials.

06.API & Perimeter Rate Limits

To maintain system stability and prevent automated scraping, all accounts and public endpoints are subject to edge proxy rate limits. Any automated bot activity, headless crawlers, or attempts to bypass perimeter rate limiting will be blocked and permanently restricted at the edge.

07.Service Fees & Subscriptions

Certain premium features, such as priority verification tiers or highlighted job distributions, may require subscription or one-time fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. LinksSocial reserves the right to modify pricing or plan structures upon reasonable notice.

08.Disclaimer of Warranties

LinksSocial is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our cryptographic verification heuristics substantially eliminate fraudulent actors, LinksSocial does not guarantee employment outcomes, applicant suitability, or uninterrupted platform uptime.

09.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinksSocial, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from hiring decisions, candidate-employer interactions, or third-party communications. Background checks and mutual employment contracts remain the sole responsibility of the respective parties.

10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

11.Modifications to Terms

LinksSocial reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued access or usage of the platform following any modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
